Serie A TIM: FC Inter Milan inaugurates a new academy in Kharkiv, the club's first in Ukraine

FC Internazionale Milano (Serie A TIM) has announced the opening of the "Inter Academy Ukraine Arsenal City", the club's brand new academy in Kharkiv and its first in Ukraine, in collaboration with the local club FC Arsenal Kharkiv (Premier-Liha, first division), on 15/06/2019.

"Support from the Inter Academy team will allow for the sharing of the Nerazzurri's know-how, bringing opportunities for young people to develop and training according to the high technical and ethical standards set by Inter but in their own country, the natural environment in which to grow not just as footballers but as people also. For this reason, Inter's expertise is not only shared with the young players but local coaches also," said the Italian club.

"At the opening ceremony, around 60 youngsters aged between 8 and 15 took part in activities on the pitch with over 140 in the stands. In the early days of the project, two Nerazzurri coaches will be in place to coordinate and train the local coaches," added Inter.
