LaLiga Santander: Club Atlético de Madrid becomes the 2^nd Spanish club to open an account on TikTok

Club Atlético de Madrid (LaLiga Santander) has launched an official account on the Chinese video sharing platform TikTok, according to the Spanish club on 29/06/2019. The Madrid club is the second in Spain to open an account on TikTok, after Reial Club Deportiu Espanyol de Barcelona.

"If you're on TikTok and you're an Atlético fan, you have a new meeting point! The club has provided a space where you can receive original content. The launch of our account on TikTok is part of the club's continued growth in the digital and mobile fields over the past few years, with the objective of listening and interacting with our community around the world," said the Madrid-based club.

Club Atlético de Madrid is the ninth club in the among the European Top 5 to open an official account on TikTok after FC Internazionale Milano (Serie A TIM), Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Conforama), AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 Conforama), AS Roma (Serie A TIM), FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga), Liverpool FC (Premier League) and RCD Espanyol (LaLiga Santander).
