"The ecosystem (of broadcasters in France) has changed a lot over the past 10 years and should certainly also shift in the next two years. Piracy is a real problem that makes it impossible today to make rights profitable in a short cycle," said Laurent Eichinger, CEO of RMC Sport, at a conference entitled "Sport & Media: putting the fan back at the centre of the game" organised by Sporsora, at the headquarters of the French sports daily L'Équipe in Paris (FRA), on 27/06/2019.
