AS Roma: club joins the search for missing children via its transfer announcement videos

AS Roma (Serie A TIM) is accompanying the video presentation on Twitter of each new player transfer during the summer 2019 transfer window with an announcement highlighting photos and information about missing children and teenagers in the USA and Italy, according to the club on 30/06/2019.

"In recent seasons, Roma have carved a reputation as digital leaders when it comes to the club's innovative use of social media, in particular the award-winning transfer announcements released over the past two summers. In 2019, Roma are taking a completely different approach to announcing new signings - in an effort to use the club's extensive digital media following and presence for social good," said the Italian club.

AS Roma's initiative is being implemented in partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (USA) and Telefono Azzurro (Italy), two organisations dedicated to the search for missing children.
