Australian Federation extends partnership with Sportradar to lower divisions

FFA (Football Federation Australia) extended its partnership with Sportradar, a Swiss company specialising in providing statistics for the media and the operators of sports betting, on 17/02/2014. Sportradar has delivered, since December 2012, the results of the SDS system (fraud detection) for the A-League (Australian first division) and domestic cups. Now, the company will also use its tool for betting purposes in the NPL (National Premier Leagues, Australian regional championships). Sportradar becomes the official sports data partner for the 2014 NPL season.

"The FFA is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with Sportradar, a leading provider of sports data," said David Gallop, the CEO of FFA, on 17/02/2014. "Safeguarding the integrity of football in Australia is at the heart of our concerns and this agreement is an important opportunity in accordance with this strong goal."
