Premier League: 1xBet succeeds William Hill as official betting partner of Chelsea FC (2019-2022)

1xBet, a sports betting operator based on the Caribbean island of Curaçao (owned by the Netherlands), has become a partner of Chelsea FC (Premier League) for three seasons (2019-2022), according to the London club on 15/07/2019.

1xBet has the status of official partner, the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the 2018-19 Europa League champions. "The relationship with Chelsea will provide 1xBET with greater visibility worldwide, and particularly in the UK, as they seek to increase market share," said the club.

1xBet succeeds the sports betting operator William Hill (GBR), the official betting partner of Chelsea FC for the 2016-2019 cycle. William Hill had previously succeeded the Gibraltar-based company BetVictor (partner in 2015-16) as the club's official sports betting partner. 1xBet also replaced BetVictor as a partner of Liverpool FC from 2019-20, as part of a multi-year agreement on 10/07/2019.
