Spain: LaLiga's OTT platform to broadcast RCD Espanyol's Europa League qualifying matches

LaLiga has acquired the broadcasting rights in Spain for the two-leg match between RCD Espanyol (LaLiga Santander) and UMF Stjarnan (Pepsi-deildin, Icelandic first division) in the second qualifying round of the 2019-20 Europa League, on 22/07/2019.

The first leg will take place in Barcelona (ESP) at the RCDE Stadium (40,500 capacity) on Thursday 25/07/2019 (kick-off at 21:00 CET) and the second leg in Garðabær (ISL) at Stjörnuvöllur (1,000 capacity) on Thursday 01/08/2019 (kick-off at 21:15 CET).

LaLiga launched its own OTT platform "LaLigaSports TV" on 25/03/2019. "The LaLigaSportsTV app is available in eight languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russia and Indonesian) for smartphone and tablet, while the smart TV service can be accessed in English and Spanish," said LaLiga," on the day of the launch.
