France: Angers SCO match against Arsenal FC and activities for the club's centenary on 31/07/2019

Angers SCO (Ligue 1 Conforama) is organizing a friendly match against Arsenal FC (Premier League) at Stade Raymond-Kopa (15,603 places) to celebrate the centenary of the club, on Wednesday 31/07/2019 (kicks-off at 19:30 CET).

The club has programmed many events (tasting stands, clearance sale, inflatable structure for children, 100-year-old special quiz with former players, football workshops, etc.) before the match, in a "village" set up nearby the Stade Raymond-Kopa, open from 17:00.

Interviews with former club players will also be broadcast on giant screens inside Stade Raymond-Kopa before the start of the match. Local singer Jamie Gallienne will present the club's new anthem for the first time just before kick-off.

• The club was created on 10/10/1919 and will celebrate its official centenary on 10/10/2019.
