2019-20 LaLiga: 4 clubs (R.Sociedad, Atlético, C.Vigo and Villarreal) with stadium naming contracts

Four of the 20 clubs participating in the 2019-20 LaLiga Santander season have a stadium with a naming rights contract (20%).

The four clubs that play in stadiums with sponsored naming rights are Club Atlético de Madrid (Wanda Metropolitano), Real Club Celta de Vigo (ABANCA Balaídos), Real Sociedad de Futbol (Reale Seguros Stadium) and Villarreal CF (Estadio de la Ceramica):

• Wanda Group, a Chinese conglomerate specializing in tourism, hospitality and entertainment, and which is a minority shareholder of Atletico Madrid, acquired the naming rights to the club's new stadium on 09/12/2016, a 67,000-seater enclosure inaugurated on 16/09/2017. Wanda would pay €10m per season for the Wanda Metropolitano naming rights, according to Spanish media.
• The Spanish bank ABANCA extended its partnership with Celta de Vigo (LaLiga Santander) for 10 seasons (2018-2028) on 04/06/2018 and obtained naming rights for the Celta de Vigo stadium, the Estadio Municipal de Balaídos (29,000 capacity), which has been named the ABANCA Balaídos since 2018-19.
