Premier League: "No Room for Racism", 20 players celebrate the diversity of the English top division

On the occasion of the kick-off of the 2019-20 Premier League season of the (Matchday 1 from 09 to 11/08/2019), the English League and the British daily The Times have developed a photo montage that brings together 20 players of the championship (one per club) to "to celebrate the diversity that is such a powerful part of the Premier League’s success," said the Premier League on 10/08/2019.

This photo refers to the historical snapshot taken in 1992 at the beginning of the opening season of the Premier League (1992-93, see below), with players from different teams side-by-side.

"There is no room for racism. Anywhere. On the pitch, in our stadiums. Anywhere. The passion we share brings us together. This is everyone's game," recalled the Premier League, who had set up its "No Room for Racism" campaign on 30/03/2019.

"The Premier League is committed to equality and diversity and using the power and popularity of the League to oppose racism in football," added the English body.
