Bundesliga: ESET (cyber security) and comdirect (bank) partners of Borussia Dortmund in 2019-20

ESET, a Slovakian group that develops IT security services and software, has become a partner of Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) for three seasons (2019-2022), announced the group on 13/08/2019. comdirect, a German bank and subsidiary of Commerzbank, has also partnered the German club from 2019-20.

Both brands have the status of "Champion Partner", the second level in the club's sponsorship hierarchy. comdirect succeeds Sparda Bank West, a partner of Borussia Dortmund since 2006, which did not wish to renew its partnership. comdirect offers payment solutions at the Signal Iduna Park (81,365 capacity) via mobile (Apple Pay, Google Pay), payment bracelets and co-branded bank cards in the colours of the club.
