LaLiga Santander: Betfred (betting) becomes the main shirt sponsor of RCD Mallorca (2019-2021)

Betfred, a British sports betting operator, has become the main shirt sponsor of RCD Mallorca (LaLiga Santander) for two seasons (2019-2021), according to the club on 16/08/2019. The agreement was concluded through Sportradar AG, a Swiss company specialised in the monitoring of sports betting and the provision of sports data.

Betfred has the status of main sponsor, the first level in the recently promoted club's sponsorship hierarchy. The British brand will pay an estimated €1.2m annually according to Spanish media on 16/08/2019.

This is Betfred's first partnership outside the United Kingdom. Betfred succeeds another sports betting operator, Betpoint, main shirt sponsor of RCD Mallorca for the 2017-2019 cycle.
