Bundesliga: Borussia Mönchengladbach named Germany's most family-friendly club in 2019

Borussia Mönchengladbach (Bundesliga) has been named Germany's most family-friendly club for the seventh consecutive year in 2019, announced the club on 27/08/2019.

Since 2013, Service Value, a German customer relationship consulting firm, has been publishing an annual national study in collaboration with Frankfurt's Goethe University and the newspaper Welt am Sonntag (Sunday edition of the daily newspaper Die Welt) to assess the customer experience of nearly 530 companies (from 65 different business sectors), including the majority of the Bundesliga clubs. The study makes it possible to obtain a "Family Experience Score" out of 100 based on eight criteria related to the welcoming of families (see below).

"With 79.2 points, exactly 0.9 points more than last year, Borussia is again ahead of all other Bundesliga clubs assessed in 2019," said the club.
