Bundesliga: Rothaus (beer brand) extends as the official beer of SC Freiburg

Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus, a German beer brand based in Rothaus (40km from Freiburg im Breisgau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany), has extended as a partner and official beer of SC Freiburg (Bundesliga), according to the club on 29/08/2019.

Rothaus, a partner of the club since 2005, has the status of premium partner, the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of SC Freiburg. The agreement will cover at least two seasons, until 2020-21, according to German media.

"The extended partnership includes both visibility on advertising space during TV broadcasts and various communication and marketing activation rights with the club. Rothaus retains the distribution rights for all SC Freiburg home games at the Schwarzwald-Stadion (24,000 capacity)," explained the club.

Rothaus planned to contribute €12.78m to the financing of the construction of the club's new stadium (see below) on 28/11/2014.
