Germany: two days of discussion between supporters' representatives from the 36 professional clubs

Innovations in fan and spectator management were the focus of the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga supporters' meeting at the Weserstadion in Bremen (GER) on 11 and 12/09/2019

Nearly 80 participants from all 36 German professional clubs in the first and second divisions were present, according to the DFL. The meeting was prepared by a committee that brought together representatives of supporters' groups and representatives of the German Professional League.

"The review of past cross-cutting events and the theme of 'stadium alliances' once again showed participants the importance of cooperation between supporters' representatives and other stakeholders", stresses the German League.

"This collaboration work for supporters and its visibility is indispensable and increasingly important for the leaders," said Hubertus Hess-Grunewald, president and CEO of SV Werder Bremen (Bundesliga).
