Peter Daire (marketing director) and Sean McAuliffe (director of business development) left the FA (Football Association) to launch Sport Collective, a new media rights agency on 11/03/2014.

This agency will work with both media rights holders to maximise their commercial value and with brands to develop strategies that allow a return on investment.

Peter Daire and Sean McAuliffe had worked at the FA for over six years.

"It's hard to leave the federation, but with experience and a deep knowledge of the commercial world of sport, we felt it was the right time. Our agency, Sport Collective, will be based on the accumulated knowledge of our previous jobs. We believe there is a genuine gap in the market to provide a bespoke service that’s based on first-hand experience of generating income and value for both rights holders and brands," said Sean McAuliffe.
