Ligue 1 Conforama: Stats Perform (AI and data) partner of Stade Rennais for 2 years (2019-2021)

Stats Perform, an American company specialised in the collection and analysis of sports data, has become a partner of Stade Rennais FC (Ligue 1 Conforama) for two seasons (2019-2021), on 17/09/2019. The partnership will give the club "access to Edge Analysis, the most sophisticated football match preparation tool available."

The agreement does not provide for brand visibility on stadium signage or the club's communication media. This is Stats Perform's first agreement with a professional football club.

"With the deal, Stade Rennais can use Edge’s revolutionary AI-based features to objectively analyse team performance by comparing playing styles of teams and individuals, conducting game-changing set play analysis and first-of-its-kind automatic positional-based formation analysis, while instantly linking data with video to vastly accelerate the match preparation process," said the club.
