Sevilla FC: presentation of a project to expand the club's training centre (260,000 m2, €20m)

Sevilla FC (LaLiga Santander) has presented a project to expand its training centre, which will be named the "Campus Deportivo y Empresarial José Ramón Cisneros Palacios" and will cost a total of €20m, announced the club on 16/09/2019.

The project, which covers 260,000 m2, will be divided into two sectors. The first will be reserved for the professional team with three pitches, a gym, changing rooms, a dining hall, a medical centre and 40 rooms for players and staff. The second will be for the club's youth teams, with eight pitches (three of which will be artificial).

The Estadio Jesús Navas, where the reserve and women's teams play, and which is located within the Ciudad Deportiva training centre, will have its capacity increased to 6,500. 500 employees of the club, both from the sporting and administrative departments, will be located in offices under the stadium's stands. The completion of the work at the training centre is scheduled for Summer 2023.
