England: Nike replaces Lotto as kit supplier of Queens Park Rangers from 2014-15

Nike will replace Lotto as the kit supplier of the Queens Park Rangers (Championship, 2nd British Division) from the 2014-15 season, the club announced on 18/03/2014.

Nike will be under contract until the end of the 2018-19 season. The Italian brand Lotto had equipped QPR since 2008-09.

The London club lost £65.4m (€78.1m) during the 2012-13 season. The relegated Premier League club made significant investments during the winter transfer window in January 2013, which did not prevent its descent into the Championship. Debt of the club amounted to £177.1m or €211.7m in 2014.

QPR, 4th in the Championship after 36 matchdays, is in a position to participate in the playoffs for promotion into the Premier League.
