Premier League: Chang brewer to extend contract with Everton until 2016-17 for €6.3m per year

Thai brewer, Chang, extended its contract as shirt sponsor of Everton (Premier League) until the end of the 2016-17 season, the club announced on 20/03/2014.

Everton said the value of the contract increased to €6.3m per year for the 2015-2017 period making it the most lucrative in the club's history. This renewal represents a 24% increase in revenue compared to shirt sponsorship in the 2010-2014 agreement, valued at €4.8m per year. Chang has supported the club since 2004.

"Chang is a company that has always provided great support to Everton, not only financially, but also by becoming a bridge with our fans in Thailand," said Robert Elstone, the club's general manager. The partnership also includes a project to train young players in Thailand.
