FIGC: Deliveroo (home meal delivery) partner of the Italian Football Federation from 2019-20

Deliveroo, a UK-headquartered meal home delivery company, has become an official partner of the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC) from 2019-20, announced the Italian authority on 08/10/2019. As a result, Deliveroo becomes the FIGC's "Food Distribution Platform Partner" for its men's, women's and youth national teams.

Deliveroo enjoys visibility on the signage of Italian stadiums as well as on the communication media of the FIGC. "This partnership will enable activations, contests, donations of tickets and develop content for all types of media," said the FIGC.

Deliveroo thus enters into the Italian football market, having already established itself in France (Ligue 1 Conforama), with Paris Saint-Germain (2019-2022) and Olympique Lyonnais (2019-2022). In addition to France, Deliveroo has extended its sponsorship strategy in Spain with LaLiga, but also in the United Kingdom with Leeds United FC (Sky Bet Championship) and the English Football Association.
