Olympique Lyonnais: "Record revenue of €309m and EBITDA (€76.9m)" in 2018-19

"Revenue reached a record high for the third consecutive year, totalling €309.0m in 2018-19 (vs €289.5m in 2017-18). This performance is attributable to growth in ticketing revenue and media rights from the club’s participation in the Champions League this season (vs Europa League in2017-18)," announced OL Groupe, the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Conforama), after having finalized the accounts for the financial year 2018-19, on 09/10/2019.

The record turnover achieved by OL Groupe for the financial year 2018-19 (from 01/07/2018 to 30/06/2019) is up €19.6m (+ 7%) year-on-year (€289.5m in 2017-18). Excluding gains from player trading, which amounted to €88.2m, total revenue was €220.8 (+€56.6m, or +34.5% compared to 2017-18).

EBITDA amounted to €76.9m on 30/06/2019, compared to €73.9m one year earlier (+4%).
