Valencia CF: Powergym gets naming rights to eSports section, "Powergym VCF eSports" for 2019-20

Powergym, a company specializing in sports nutrition and dietary supplements, acquired the naming rights to the Valencia CF (Laliga Santander) eSports section, which will be renamed "Powergym VCF eSports" for the 2019-20 season, the club said on 08/10/2019.

Powergym also becomes the main sponsor of the eSports section, while bwin (sports betting) is the main sponsor of the football team for three seasons (2019-2022) since an agreement of 28/06/2019. "Valencia CF have also renewed their contract with Valencian company WEC (World eSports Corp) for the integral management of their eSports services. The club has made two new incorporations for 2019/20. VIVI (FIFA) and Empershao (Fortnite)," added the club.

"Sports nutrition is something that is gradually moving into eSports and covering its specific needs, which is why we want to be at the cutting edge with the support of a prestigious club like Valencia CF, who have been showing their capacity in this sector for several years," stated José Manuel Pérez, CEO of Powergym.
