2019-20 season tickets in the European Top 5 leagues

The 98 clubs competing in the Top 5 European leagues (Bundesliga, LaLiga Santander, Ligue 1 Conforama, Premier League and the Serie A TIM) in the 2019-20 season have more than 2.224 million season ticket holders, an average of 22,699 per club. This figure represents 59% of the total capacity of the stadiums that host the Top 5 clubs this season.

With an average of 30,626 season ticket holders, LaLiga Santander is again the Top 5 league with the highest number of subscribers in 2019-20. The Spanish league leads the Premier League (27,850), Bundesliga (23,854), the Serie A TIM (17,397) and the Ligue 1 Conforama (13,884). LaLiga Santander is also the championship where the fill rate of the stadium by season tickets is the highest, since these monopolize 81% of the places available in the Spanish stadiums. This ratio is only 45% in France and Italy, the lowest percentage of the Top 5.

With 85,000 subscribers, FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) is the club with the most season ticket holders, ahead of two other Spanish clubs: Real Madrid CF (61,590) and Club Atlético de Madrid (57,813)…
