City Football Group: partnership with Cisco (connectivity) for all 5 affiliated clubs from 2019-20

Cisco, a US IT and computer server company, has become a partner of City Football Group (CFG) and all five of its affiliated clubs (Manchester City FC, New York City FC, Melbourne City FC, Sichuan Jiuniu FC and Yokohama F. Marinos) from 2019-20, announced Manchester City on 17/10/2019. The partnership also includes the Melbourne City FC and Manchester City FC women's teams.

"Cisco’s first ever major partnership with a football organisation will focus on using technology to drive innovation, enhancing connectivity for clubs, players and fans and positively impacting people and communities around the world through sport," said Manchester City.

The Mancunian club had already worked with Cisco following a collaboration agreement of 13/05/2013 to develop the connectivity of the Etihad Stadium (55,017 seats). The American brand operates in more than 40 countries, and with more than 350 sports venues.
