Italian equipment supplier, Macron, signs with Sporting Lisbon (POR) and Vitesse Arnhem (NDL)

The Italian brand, Macron, became the supplier of Sporting Portugal (Liga Sagres, POR) and Vitesse Arnhem (Eredivisie, NDL) on 21/03/2014.

The duration of the contract between Macron and Sporting Portugal has not been disclosed, but will cover at least the 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons. The annual endowment is estimated at €2m. The current supplier, Puma, paid €600,000 in 2013-14.

Macron will also equip Vitesse Arnhem until the end of the 2018-19 season of the Dutch league. The Italian brand is also linked to AZ Alkmaar in the Eredivisie. Vitesse Arnhem, 4^th after 29 matchdays of 2013-14 championship, have been equipped by Nike since 2012-13.

• Macron will become the official kit supplier of Crystal Palace FC (Premier League) on 01/07/2014, the London club announced on 29/01/2014.
  • Both parties have signed a four-year agreement ensuring Macron's presence until the end of the 2017-18 season.
• Macron will not extend its contract with AS Monaco (Ligue 1), which expires at the end of the 2013-14 championship.
