29 out of 30 franchises have a jersey sponsor for the launch of NBA's 2019-20 season, on 22/10/2019. The franchises collect an average of $8.23m (or €7.38m as of 23/10/2019) from their small pocket sponsor space -- with News Tank Football having compiled amount data on 21 of the 29 agreements.

Without the extreme values (Golden State Warriors and Milwaukee Bucks), this average falls to $7.8m (€7m). The median value is $7m (€6.2m). In total, the 21 franchises accumulate $172.85m (€155.1m) for jersey sponsorship in 2019-20.

Of the 29 sponsors, 28 are headquartered in North America (27 in the United States and one in Canada). 20 of these 28 jersey sponsors are based in the same state (or nearby city or region) as the franchise they sponsor. California is the most represented state among the sponsors, with seven partnerships (24.13%); four NBA franchises are based in California.
