Bundesliga: the Man Group to extend with Bayern Munich until 2015-16

The commercial vehicle manufacturer, Man, extended its partnership with Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) until 2015-16 on 23/03/2014.

The Man Group, based in Bavaria, has been the official supplier of transport vehicles for Bayern since 2010. The contract ensures visibility on pitchside advertising hoardings at the Allianz Arena, as well as a presence on the communications media of the club during the 2013 European championship. The annual budget of the contract is estimated at one million euros.

The partnership also includes the same services for the basketball section of Bayern Munich, ensuring the company visibility at the Audi Dome.

• The vice-president of Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), Karl Hopfner, became the new president of the Bavarian club "until further notice" after the resignation of Uli Hoeness on 14/03/2014, following his sentencing to three and a half years in prison for tax evasion.
