Bologna FC 1909: a turnover of €70m (+7.2%) and a net loss of €21.7m in 2018-19

Bologna FC 1909 (Serie A TIM) posted a turnover of €70m (excluding gains on player transfers) for the financial year 2018-19 (from 01/07/2018 to 30/06/2019), up 7.2% compared to 2017-18 (€65.3m), according to the club on 22/09/2019.

"The financial year showed strong growth in operating revenue, with an increase in both commercial revenue which was €12.1m (+5%) and revenue earned from television rights at €44.1m (+22%). Capital gains from player transfers were, however, down by €12.3m, dropping from €27.5m to €15.2m," said the Italian club, which posted a net loss of €21.7m, versus €4.9m in 2017-18.

Bologna FC posted equity of €26.2m and a net debt of €13.4m on 30/06/2019.
