TSG 1899 Hoffenheim: a turnover of €164m (+0.6%) and a net profit of €18m in 2018-19

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (Bundesliga) has posted a record turnover of €164m for the financial year 2018-19 (from 01/07/2018 to 30/06/2019), up 0.6% compared to the financial year 2017-18 (€163m), according to the German club on 30/10/2019.

"Individual segments also show that TSG Hoffenheim is in rude financial health and optimally equipped for the future. The club's participation in the Champions League generated income of around €30m, while at the same time income from ticketing rose by €2.5m to €19m. Sponsoring revenue climbed marginally too. But the strongest pillar remained the income from national and international TV broadcasting rights, which brought in revenue totaling €66m," added TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, which has an equity capital ratio of 75% as of 30/06/2019.

The club also posted a net profit of €18m in 2018-19, the second best result since it was founded.
