European Athletics: Robert Faulkner appointed head of communications from 01/11/2019

Robert Faulkner has been appointed head of communications at European Athletics (European Athletic Association) as of 01/11/2019, announced the body the same day. "Faulkner will report directly to European Athletics CEO Christian Milz and will be responsible for overall communications, media relations and digital channels."

"Faulkner joins European Athletics following four years (2015-2019) as chief communications officer at Italian football club FC Internazionale Milano (Serie A TIM), where he launched and oversaw the Inter Media House, a role he took on following that of head of communications for European football's governing body UEFA (2001-2012)," added European Athletics.

"I am delighted to welcome Rob to the European Athletics family.
