Girondins de Bordeaux: special event held in Seoul and shirts flocked in Korean for match vs Nantes

FC Girondins de Bordeaux (Ligue 1 Conforama) organised an event in Seoul (South Korea) for the broadcast of their game versus FC Nantes (2-0, Matchday 12 of the 2019-20 Ligue 1 Conforama) on Sunday 03/11/2019 (kick-off at 15:00 CET, 23:00 in Seoul).

The match was broadcast at the GoAle café, "a company that seeks to develop amateur football" and has the infrastructure to enable it to be played. In the afternoon before the match, 400 children took part in a shoot-out competition, before entertainment for all was organised: quizzes, catering, videos of the club and Ui-Jo Hwang, a Korean international player who has played for FC Girondins de Bordeaux since the beginning of the 2018-19 season. Hwang scored his third goal of the Ligue 1 season during the match versus Nantes.

"This is the first event organized by the club on Korean soil.
