Second edition of the multi sport European Championships 2022 in Munich (GER) from 11 to 21/08/2022

"Four years after a first edition organized in 2018 in Glasgow (SCO) and Berlin (GER), the 2022 European Championships will take place in Munich (GER) from Thursday 11 to Sunday 21/08/2022," said the six European Federations concerned on 12/11/2019.

"Six sports already present in the programme of the European Championships in multi sport in 2018 have confirmed their participation: athletics, rowing, cycling, golf, gymnastics and triathlon. For each of them, Munich 2022 will constitute their respective European Championship. The Munich Olympic Park will be at the heart of the system, a central position on the competition site map that will create a festive atmosphere, and athletes will be able to experience the event together in all disciplines, while spectators will have the opportunity to to attend, in the same day, several events from different sports," explained the organizers.
