Bundesliga: SV Werder Bremen launches "The Werder Lab" a global startup competition

Sport Verein Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) has launched "The Werder Lab", a global startup competition, which aims "to improve understanding and procedures around talent prediction, injury prevention, digital content management, and partner relationships," announced the club on 05/11/2019.

The competition is organised by the German club in partnership with betahausX, a subsidiary of the German betahaus group specialised in organising international startup and hackathon competitions. Interested startups have until 31/01/2020 to submit their applications. 10 of them will be selected to present their projects to a jury composed of Werder Bremen representatives, who will select three finalists to participate in the final event organised in Berlin (GER) on 06/03/2020.
