Euro 2020 qualifiers: 5.86 million TV viewers in France for France - Moldova on M6

France - Moldova (2-1), a Euro 2020 qualifying match (Group H), drew an average of 5.863 million viewers on the French free and private TV channel M6 on Thursday 14/11/2019 (kick-off at 20:45 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Médiamétrie.

This figure represented an audience share of 25.5%, which ranked M6 at the top of the French television market for prime time on 14/11/2019.

The French team had obtained their Euro 2020 qualification ahead of the match following the draw between Turkey and Iceland (0-0, 14/11/2019, kick-off at 18:00 CET) second and third of Group H respectively.

France-Turkey (1-1), the Blue's previous qualifying match, drew an average of 7.39 million viewers on Monday 14/10/2019 (kick-off at 20:45 CET), the best audience for a match of Les Bleus since the 2018 World Cup and the best audience, all programmes combined, for M6 since the Euro 2016 final, Portugal - France (1-0), which drew an average of 20.83 million viewers on Sunday 10/07/2016.
