Liverpool FC: club to continue to hold football courses in Lancashire (ENG) with Challenger Sports

Liverpool FC (Premier League) has extended its partnership with Challenger Sports, an American company specialised in organising football courses for young players, to co-organise summer camps at Myerscough College, a school located in Lancashire (ENG), roughly 40 miles away from Liverpool, announced the English club on 13/11/2019.

As part of the partnership, which began in 2017 and has been extended "long term", Challenger Sports offers all-inclusive training courses with accommodation and sports activities for young people between the ages of 10 and 17. Children from 50 countries participated in the courses organised in the summer of 2019, which offered several themes including, the "Football Focus" camp, "a football coaching experience", the "Junior Development Academy, an intensive 5-night training program aimed at younger players aged 10-12", and an "English Language" course. For 2020, a new "Goalkeeper Focus Week" has been added to the list of available courses.
