"We're not only working for the Sevilla FC (LaLiga Santander) of the present, but as well for the Sevilla of the future. We have a plan, and we're working towards it. Speaking of which, the plan for the next five years is to continue growing and to continue getting better. We have 350 employees who aren't connected to the sporting side and we will get to 500. We have a budget of €200m and we will get to €400m, €500m," said José Castro, president of Sevilla FC, at the 14^th meeting of the club's peñas (supporters' groups) on 17/11/2019.

Sevilla FC posted a turnover (excluding capital gains on player transfers) of €163m for the 2017-18 season, the highest in its history, announced the club on 10/12/2018. Total revenues generated amounted to €228.6m, with capital gains on player transfers reaching €61.3m. Despite not participating in the Champions League, the club had forecast total revenues of €200.9m for the 2018-19 season, the turnover of which will be presented in December 2019.
