Manchester City FC: record turnover of £535.2m (+6.3%) and net profit of £10.1m in 2018-19

Manchester City FC (Premier League) posted a turnover (excluding player transfer activities) record of £535.2m (€597m on 30/06/2019) during the the 2018-19 financial year (from 01/07/2018 to 30/06/2019), up 6.3% compared to the 2017-18 (£500.5m, or €564.9m on 30/06/2018), indicated the club of the City Football Group holding group on 19/11/2019.

Operating losses, at -£22.1m (-€24.7m), were stable compared to the previous financial year (-£22.2m / -€25m). The net result is positive for the fifth year in a row in 2018-19: £10.1m (€11.2m), a slight decrease compared to 2017-18 (£10.4m / €11.7m).

The club's wage bill for 2018-19 season reached £315.3m (€351.6m), up 21.4% over the previous season (£259.6m or €293m ). This represents 59% of the club's revenue, compared to 52% in 2017-18.
