Ligue 1 Conforama: Olympique Lyonnais forms a partnership with Moroccan club Fath Union Sport

"Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Conforama) and Fath Union Sport (FUS) Rabat (Botola Pro, Moroccan first division) have formalised, on Friday 22/11/2019, a partnership between their academies for three seasons," announced the French club on 25/11/2019.

"The club of the Moroccan capital has chosen to place training at the heart of its development model. This collaboration will take the form of special exchanges between the technical managers of the two structures in order to promote the sharing of expertise and the emergence of young local talents," continued Olympique Lyonnais.

"After Lebanon, Vietnam, South Korea, Senegal, China and Brazil, Morocco is now the seventh international territory on which Olympique Lyonnais is establishing an elite technical cooperation with a major local player," added the club.

• FUS Rabat has won one Moroccan league title (2016), and six national cups since it was founded in 1946.
