Supercopa de España: Luis Rubiales (RFEF) threatens Spanish public TV channel RTVE with legal action

"We believe that RTVE (Radio y Televisión Española, Spanish public audiovisual group) made hasty statements. Therefore, the RFEF does not only request an immediate public correction, we also urge RTVE to change its position regarding its participation in the call for tenders (concerning the Supercopa de España). Without the change in attitude we are asking for, the RFEF will take all necessary legal action to compensate for the damage already caused and that will be caused in the future, as a result of your illegitimate action and contrary to market laws," said Luis Rubiales, president of the Spanish Federation, in an open letter to Rosa María Mateo, president of the Spanish public audiovisual group, on 25/11/2019.
