France: Champions League TV rights to Canal+, beIN Sports and TF1 (final) for €375m/year

The broadcasting rights, in France, to the Champions League over the 2021-2024 cycle, are to be allocated to the pay-TV groups Canal+ and beIN Sports France, and the free-TV group TF1 (the final, which must be free-to-air in France), for an estimated total of €375m per season, according to the French sports daily L'Equipe on 29/11/2019. The rights, in France, to the UEFA Europa League and the future Conference League have not yet been awarded, according to News Tank Football information the morning of 29/11/2019.

Canal+ has reportedly acquired the rights to two headline fixtures (one each on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings), while beIN Sports France will have the rest of the matches. beIN Sports confirmed, on 29/11/2019, that it had been awarded Lot B of 104 matches live and exclusive, but did not disclose any amount information.
