CD Leganés: turnover of €55.1m (+4.7%) and net profit of €20.7m in 2018-19

Club Deportivo Leganés (LaLiga Santander) posted a turnover of €55.1m (excluding capital gains from player trading) in the financial year 2018-19 (from 01/07/2018 to 30/06/2019), an increase of 4.7% over the 2017-18 financial year (€52.6m), according to the accounts published by the club on 25/11/2019.

This is a historic turnover mark for CD Leganés, which also generated €23.6m in capital gains on player transfers. TV rights (€47.7m, +10.5%) represented 86.5% of the club's turnover and constitute the main source of revenue growth.

In 2018-19, CD Leganés posted a positive operating profit of €28.8m (compared with €24.1m in 2017-18) and a net profit of €20.7m (versus €15.7m in 2017-18).
