The Swiss Football League (SFL) published its 2018-19  annual report on 26/11/2019.

The report is "under the sign of the VAR", video assistance to referees introduced in the 2019-20 season of Raiffeisen Super League, via a decision taken on 23/11/2018. In addition to mentioning the VAR system, the report lists the highlights of the Raiffeisen Super League and Brack.ch Challenge League, and shows the attendance of the two championships and the accounts of the league.

"During the 2018-19 season, the Raiffeisen Super League's 10 clubs registered 2,029,176 spectators for the 180 games (11,273 on average per match, versus 11,181 in 2017-18, or +0.8%). The 2 million mark was overtaken for the fourth time in history, with BSC Young Boys leading the season with a record high of 25,751 spectators per game. The Brack.ch Challenge League were followed by an average of 2,159 supporters, the second highest value in the history of the league," said the Swiss League.
