Facebook: Top 100 European football clubs with the most fans (December 2019)

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) is the most followed European club on Facebook (more than 110 million fans), ahead of FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander, more than 103 million) and Manchester United FC (Premier League, more than 73 million), according to the data collected by News Tank Football, which establishes the Top 100 most popular European clubs on this social network as of 01/12/2019.

With 811,467 additional fans, Inter Milan (Serie A TIM), ranked 12^th in the Top 100, and recorded the best gross growth in this ranking for the fourth consecutive month.

The Premier League is the most represented league in the Top 20 in this ranking (seven clubs), followed by the Serie A TIM (four). LaLiga Santander (three clubs) is in third place, tied with the Süper Lig, the Turkish Championship being the only one outside of the Top 5 leagues in Europe to be represented in the Top 20. The Bundesliga has two representatives and the Ligue 1 Conforama one.
