Premier League: Manchester City FC partners with Corvuss American Academy in India

Manchester City FC (Premier League) has partnered with Corvuss American Academy, a boarding school located near Karjat (western India, near Mumbai), announced the club on 05/12/2019.

As part of the agreement, Manchester City will "provide an authentic and creative football coaching program for student athletes at Corvuss from grades 6 to 12, which utilises the coaching philosophy and methodology of the club's academy and first team. A Manchester City trained head coach will run the program, leading the implementation of the club's grassroots coaching curriculum, the City Play Model and their experience will also benefit the school's other coaches, who will have the opportunity to train at the City Football Academy in Manchester every year," said the club.

"The curriculum is based on a five-stage player pathway program to support the development of boys and girls, regardless of the level of ability, by helping them improve their skills while having fun, and becoming more confident," added Manchester City FC.
