LaLiga Santander: Roger Guasch, corporate CEO of RCD Espanyol leaves the club "by mutual agreement"

"RCD Espanyol de Barcelona informs that this morning it has been decided, by mutual agreement, the removal of the corporate CEO, Roger Guasch, from the blanquiazul (white and blue, the colours of the club) entity," announced the Spanish club on 16/12/2019.

Roger Guasch joined the Catalan club in February 2018 from the Gran Teatre del Liceu (Barcelona, ESP), where he served as director.

"The club would like to publicly thank Roger Guasch, who has led the organisational transformation of the club in the last two years, has driven the digital transformation and has directed the strengthening of the club's brand, for his effort, dedication and commitment," added RCD Espanyol, which has decided to change the organisation of its executive management by merging the positions of corporate CEO and CEO in charge of the sporting sector, in favour of a single position of CEO.
