LaLiga Santander: Real Madrid CF launches a paid subscription via Facebook after FC Barcelona

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) has launched its "Nation Madridista" community on Facebook via the social network's "fan subscriptions" service, with paid access, announced the Spanish club on 17/12/2019.

"The page will offer photos, videos, exclusive content and special stickers featuring the greatest team on the planet. What's more, you'll get the chance to win exclusive prizes and take advantage of special discounts on your favourite Real Madrid CF products," said Real Madrid CF, who join FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander), who were the first club to implement this initiative on Facebook on 20/09/2019 (see below).

This new service is available for a monthly subscription fee of €2.49. The Madrid club has 110,727,271 fans on Facebook as of 19/12/2019, the highest total for a football club.
