2.Bundesliga: Software AG extends as a main shirt sponsor of SV Darmstadt 98 (2020-2024)

Software AG, a German publisher of software and IT solutions, has extended as major partner and main shirt sponsor of SV Darmstadt 98 (2.Bundesliga) for an additional four seasons (2020-2024), announced the club on 21/12/2019.

This new agreement applies as long as the club is playing in a professional German division (from the Bundesliga to the 3.Liga). The partnership also covers SV Darmstadt 98's youth teams (from U10 upwards). Software AG is also a pocket sponsor of the German club's eSports team. "In the area of digitalisation, the technology group also contributes its expertise to the club in terms of content," said SV Darmstadt 98.

The company based in Darmstadt (south of Frankfurt, Hesse, GER) has been a major sponsor (first level) of the club since 2008. Software AG previously extended with SV Darmstadt 98 for an additional three seasons in 2015, then until the end of 2019-20 in 2017.
