Cagliari Calcio: a commemorative shirt and dedicated logo to celebrate the club's 100^th anniversary

Cagliari Calcio (Serie A TIM) players wore a commemorative shirt to celebrate the club's 100^th anniversary, during their match versus AC Milan (0-2, Matchday 19 of 2019-20 Serie A TIM) on 11/01/2020. The Sardinian club was founded on 30/05/1920.

Designed by the Italian equipment manufacturer Macron, the collectible shirt was created by the Italian designer Antonio Marras, who also designed the special logo that appears on it. In addition to the logo, two red and blue stripes and a stylised Macron logo are present on the front of the shirt, while "1920-2020" is embroidered on the back of the collar.

The collector's shirt was sold from 10/01/2020 on both Cagliari Calcio's and Macron's online stores, at a price of €149. Only 2020 copies - numbered and presented in a "dedicated packaging" - were available for sale.
