Deloitte Football Money League 2020: Liverpool, Barça + Man City with the most broadcasting revenue

Liverpool FC (Premier League), FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) and Manchester City FC (Premier League) are, in that order, the three clubs with the highest broadcasting revenue in 2018-19, according to figures from the 2020 edition of the Football Money League, published by the UK branch of the audit and consultancy firm Deloitte on 14/01/2020.

Liverpool FC, ranked seventh overall in the Football Money League in terms of total revenue (€604.7m), saw their broadcasting revenue increase by 19.1% in 2018-19 to €299.3m (compared to €251.3m in 2017-18), thanks in particular to the club's victory in the Champions League. FC Barcelona, meanwhile, posted the best increase in absolute value in terms of TV rights revenue (+€75.1m), with a total of €298.1m. Meanwhile, FC Schalke 04 (Bundesliga) experienced the best percentage growth (+77% to €161.1m), due to the club's participation in the Champions League (Round of 16 runners-up), unlike during the 2017-18 season.
